POLL0POLL MCP

Your AI assistant, inside POLL0POLL

Connect the assistant you already use, like Claude or ChatGPT, to POLL0POLL. Ask it for a survey or a presentation and it creates a draft in your workspace, and it can rework the drafts you already have. It runs on your own subscription: we don’t use an AI of our own and it costs you nothing extra.

Connector address

Remote MCP server (HTTP) with OAuth sign-in. No keys or secrets needed.

How to connect

The easiest way: the prompt

Copy the prompt and paste it into your assistant’s chat. It has the address and instructions inside: it walks you through its own app’s menus, or connects by itself if it can.

Claude

Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector. Name it POLL0POLL MCP, paste the address and click Connect.

ChatGPT

Turn on developer mode (Settings, Apps & Connectors, Advanced), then Create, paste the address and choose OAuth.

Everyone else

Any app that accepts a remote MCP server with OAuth: add the address and sign in.

Claude Code and Gemini CLI

One command in your terminal, then sign in from the browser:

Menu names are decided by each provider and change often. If you can’t find them, use the prompt.

The consent

The first time you connect, POLL0POLL opens: sign in, with two-step verification if you turned it on, and choose Allow or Deny. The page tells you which app is asking for access and where you’ll return after choosing.

What it can do

list_projects
Lists the projects you have access to.
create_project
Creates a project, private if you like. Only if you are an owner or an admin.
get_survey_format
Reads the format surveys are written in, so it writes them right.
create_survey
Creates a draft survey, in the project you choose.
list_surveys
Lists your surveys, with status and link.
get_survey
Reads a survey and its questions, so it can change it.
get_survey_results
Reads the results of a survey, aggregates only: responses, completion, counts and percentages per question, averages, recurring words, quiz outcome. Never a single answer, a name or an email.
update_survey_details
Changes the title and description of a draft.
edit_survey_question
Rewrites one question of a draft. Answers that stay the same keep their branching.
add_survey_questions
Adds questions to a draft, at the end or after a given question.
delete_survey_question
Removes one question from a draft, after asking you.
get_presentation_format
Reads the format presentations are written in.
create_presentation
Creates a draft presentation, in the project you choose, including charts of your survey results and highlighted numbers.
list_presentations
Lists your presentations, with the link.
get_presentation
Reads a presentation page by page, so it can change it.
update_presentation_details
Changes the title of a presentation.
add_presentation_pages
Adds pages to a presentation, at the end or after a given page.
edit_presentation_page
Rewrites the text of one page, including its layout. Photos, videos, shapes and hand-styled charts stay where they are.
delete_presentation_page
Removes one page, after asking you.

What to ask

  • Create a 10-question multiple-choice quiz on the French Revolution for eighth graders.
  • Prepare a satisfaction survey for the restaurant’s customers, with a 1 to 5 scale and an open question.
  • Make an 8-slide presentation for the new product launch, in the Marketing project.
  • How is the satisfaction survey going? Sum up the weak spots.

Security and data

  • Surveys start as drafts and can be changed only while they are drafts; a presentation is left alone while its live room is open. The assistant doesn’t publish, send or delete whole surveys or presentations. You publish.
  • It sees only what you see: the projects, surveys and presentations of your organization you have access to. Of the results it gets aggregates only: no single answer, no contact, and a question with fewer than 5 answers shows only how many there are.
  • It gets in with a consent you give, and that you revoke whenever you want from Settings, AI assistants.
  • The access only works for POLL0POLL MCP: it doesn’t open any other door into our systems.
  • The assistant is your provider, not ours: what it does through the connection, it does on your behalf.

Common problems

The assistant says the connector has no tools

The connection didn’t complete. In POLL0POLL go to Settings, AI assistants and revoke the app; then in your assistant remove the connector and add it again.

I can’t find where to add a connector

It depends on the app and sometimes on the plan. Copy the prompt: the assistant knows where its menus are.

Can it read my survey results?

Yes, but only as aggregates: how many responses, the completion rate, counts and percentages per question, averages, the words written by at least 3 people and the quiz outcome. Single answers, names and emails stay in POLL0POLL. Every read shows up in your organization’s recent activity.

How much does it cost?

Nothing extra. The connector is included in POLL0POLL, and you already pay for the AI with your assistant subscription.
