List and Board, one flow

The Board shows the whole flow, the List goes straight to the question. Team cursors and comments, live.

Three collection modes

Anonymous, identified with a signed UID, or leads with double opt-in. You pick before publishing and the system enforces it.

GDPR by design

Database in the EU. We are the processor, you stay the controller. Consent lives in the database, event by event.

Inside the Forge

What you see below is today’s product, rebuilt with its own components. Not a pitch.

1.0

Build

The flow is visible while you build it: questions as cards, conditional jumps as wires, an ending for every path. And the team works on the same survey, with cursors and comments.

2.0

Collect

A direct link or an iframe embed. Every response goes through consent, recorded as an event and never as a forgotten checkbox. Abandoned drafts save themselves, for seven days and not one more.

3.0

Read

Responses land live. Distributions, crosstabs between two questions, the words open answers use most, and where people answer from: map, countries and devices, only where the mode allows it.

Organise

Surveys grouped into projects with colours and members, a Gantt that publishes and closes on its own at the dates you set, and the leads collected with double opt-in in the same view.

Responses do not stay here

They leave through a queue that retries on its own, and land where you already work. The panel tells you whether they arrived.

You stay the controller

Trust is not declared, it is verified. Six architectural choices, not six slides.

Processor, not controller

The respondents are yours. We process the data on your behalf, and the product is built around that boundary.

All in the EU

Database in Frankfurt, and the compute runs in the same region.

Append-only consent

One event per purpose, with date and version. Never overwritten, never inferred.

Erasing does not punch holes

Erasure anonymises: your aggregates stay whole, the person disappears.

Drafts on a timer

Half-abandoned responses delete themselves after seven days. The retention is the protection.

Anonymous for real

In anonymous mode we store no metadata: no country, no device, no fingerprints. The database guarantees it, not a promise.

It is built one piece at a time

The badge says where each thing stands: “In the product” you use today, “Coming” we are working on right now.

New

Logic and branches

One answer decides what comes next, and on the Board every branch has its own colour. 🔀
